1. Subscription Plans & Billing Cycles
- We offer access to our verified-lead data through subscription plans. Available subscription cycles are monthly, quarterly, and yearly, depending on what you choose at the time of purchase.
- By subscribing, you agree to pay the full fee for the selected billing period. Unless you cancel before renewal, your subscription will automatically renew for the next cycle.
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must notify us before your current billing period ends.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email (or via any cancellation form provided on our website). Once cancellation is confirmed, you will retain access to the leads (or services) for the remainder of the current paid billing period. After that period ends, your access will cease.
3. Refund Policy & 7–14-Day Refund Window
Because our service provides verified lead data, which is delivered electronically and represents non-tangible goods, our refund policy is as follows:
- Refund Window: You may request a refund within 7 to 14 calendar days from the date of purchase — provided that no verified leads have yet been delivered to you.
- No refund after delivery: Once verified leads have been delivered (e.g., a lead list or data file handed over to you), we do not offer refunds for that portion of service.
- Partial or non-delivery of leads: If you believe we have failed to deliver the leads or services you purchased (for example, due to an internal error on our part), you may contact us to request a refund or credit. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
- No pro-rata refunds for mid-term cancellations: If you cancel mid-subscription (e.g., halfway through a monthly or quarterly plan), there will be no pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the term. You will retain access until the end of the current paid period, but no refund will be provided for the remaining time.
- No refund for violations: If you (or your organization) violate any of our terms — for example, reselling, redistributing, or sharing the verified leads in violation of our policy — all sales are final, and no refunds or credits will be allowed.
4. Refund Request Process
- To request a refund (within the 7–14 day window and eligible under our terms), send an email to our support/contact address with:
- Your subscription details (plan type, date of purchase)
- Reason for refund request
- Any relevant order or invoice ID
- We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If approved, we will process the refund using the same payment method used at purchase (unless otherwise arranged).
- If a refund is not approved, we may offer an alternative such as service credit (at our discretion).
5. Use Restrictions & No Resale Clause
As a reminder: all verified leads provided by Biz Leads 4You are licensed to you only for internal marketing or business-development purposes. By subscribing to our services, you agree that:
- You will not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the leads (or any portions thereof) with any third party.
- Any attempt to resell, redistribute, or otherwise misuse the leads will immediately void the refund policy for that order and may result in termination of services.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. If we do so, we will post the updated policy on our website with a new date 26 Nov 2025. Your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated policy.
