Welcome to Biz Leads 4You. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website or services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” — refers to Biz Leads 4You.
  • “Client”, “You”, “Your” — refers to any individual or business who accesses or uses our services, buys or receives leads, or visits our website.
  • “Services” — refers to the services provided by Biz Leads 4You, including collection of business-lead data from public sources, verification of such data, maintenance of verified business-lead lists, and delivery of verified leads to clients.
  • “Leads” / “Verified Leads” — refers to business-lead data collected, researched, checked, and verified by us before being delivered to Clients.

2. Scope of Services

  • We agree to provide the Services to you as specified in our agreement or purchase order. This includes delivering Verified Leads as per the terms agreed upon.
  • Our obligation is to use reasonable care and skill in collecting, researching, and verifying data, but we do not guarantee that all leads are 100% accurate — please see our disclaimers below.

3. License & Use Restrictions

  • Upon delivery, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Verified Leads only for your internal marketing or business-development purposes. This license does not grant you any right to resell, distribute, share, or transfer the Verified Leads (or parts of them) to any third party.
  • You agree not to use the Leads (or any part) to build a competing lead-resale or lead-provision service.
  • You must ensure that access to the Leads is restricted only to authorized personnel in your organization, and that you do not provide them to unauthorized third parties.

4. Client Responsibilities & Representations

By purchasing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are using the Leads lawfully and ethically, in compliance with applicable laws (including data-protection, spam/anti-spam, telemarketing, privacy regulations, where applicable).
  • You will not resell, share, or distribute the Verified Leads to any third party, in any form.
  • You will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of the Leads.
  • You accept that we are not party to any business or contractual transaction you undertake using the Leads; we only provide the Leads/ data.

5. Payment, Fees & Term

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any purchase of Leads or Services will be subject to our pricing, payment terms, and invoicing as communicated prior to delivery.
  • Payment is due as per the invoice or order agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services, or refusal to deliver further Leads.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, there is no automatic transfer of ownership of the underlying master database — you receive only the licensed use of the delivered Leads.

6. Disclaimer, No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

  • The Services (including Verified Leads) are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we make reasonable efforts to verify data, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or up-to-date at all times.
  • We disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including, but not limited to, warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Our total aggregate liability (if any) for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Services that gave rise to the claim.

7. Termination & Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services (and your license to use the Leads) immediately if we determine that you have violated these Terms (for example, by reselling or distributing the Leads, or using them unlawfully).
  • Upon termination or expiration of services, you must cease using the Leads and — if instructed — delete or destroy all copies of the Leads delivered to you.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All rights, title, and interest (including intellectual property rights) in our database, research processes, verification methodologies, and all Leads we deliver remain with Biz Leads 4You (or our licensors).
  • The license granted to you is limited to use of the specific Leads delivered to you under these Terms, and does not confer any ownership over the master database or underlying methodology.

9. Modification of Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we choose to do so, we will provide a revised version on our website, with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction — e.g. the State of Tamil Nadu, India / India].
  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute amicably within 30 days, either party may bring a claim before the competent court in [Your Jurisdiction].

11. Severability & Entire Agreement

  • If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed or modified to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of the Terms remain in full force and effect.
  • These Terms, together with any order form or agreement you sign, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or communications.
